I've been at Implix all my "professional" life and I can't imagine working anywhere else. For all those years, I have been working on many projects with people from all departments. All those years… and I still learn every day! This is what drives me most.

One of the questions which is commonly asked during our job interviews is whether there is a chance for personal growth and learning new things. I think that we have a perfect environment for that. If you show a passion for what you are doing - we will find a way to help your talent grow!

Another thing I like is that we are able to maintain a positive spirit at all times, and that working here is always fun, even when you are dealing with difficult situations or something unexpected. There is always someone to reach out to for help. I like our "kitchen talks" (CS team will know what this is LOL) as, thanks to those, we are constantly improving!

Ola has been a leader in the company since the very beginning. She designed the overall strategy and developed profitable affiliate programs. Ola also led the development of customer support policies and training of new CS staff, and is still actively involved in improving the customer experience.
