Implix Delivers Improved Customer Care

It is officially launched on August 1 and follows the growing demand for Implix products and services, as well as research into what customers expect from us.

Our Customer Care champions had service improvement added to the list of their key performance indicators on which they are evaluated. To kick off the efforts to improve customer service, Implix initially focused on hiring and training more agents, revamping the toll-free telephone system and introducing new communication channels.

GetResponse, Implix's core service is now simultaneously supported via telephone, email and live chat. The latter option will soon be available with other Implix online services, WebsiteWizard, HyperTracker and eBookGold.

"It's all about making our service to customers better," said Bobbi-Jo Melanson, Customer Care Supervisor. "Our new and bigger staff will be able to handle more customer queries, supported by the recently deployed sophisticated PBX system for easier and more reliable telephone communication. We are also confident our external customers will applaud the new capabilities we are delivering via live chat."
