Email Marketing Specialist

What do we expect?

If you are a specialist and enthusiast in your field with an awesome personality and you would like to join our team, we have a few requirements. You’ll convince us if you have:

  • Significant experience with computers, software, email and the Internet.
  • Experience in SQL programming.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Unix shell commands (find, grep), scripting (awk,perl,bash/sh), MTAs (mail transfer agents), or other technical systems is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent English and Polish.

What responsibilities will you have?

  • generating reports and analyzing deliverability-focused metrics such as email bounce rates, open rates, bounce details
  • providing support services to customers by educating them in email best practices, with the aim of maximizing inbox delivery
  • reviewing inbox audit results with customers, providing information on how to improve delivery through changes in infrastructure, practices, and policies
  • building industry relationships with Internet and email providers directly and through participation in various industry groups as opportunities arise
  • working with the IT development team on new products and features
