Our support team of dedicated professionals ensures that our customers get accurate and timely replies to any questions they may have about Implix products and/ or services. Our Customer Support Specialists often used these products before they started working for us, so they have a first hand experience in the customer's viewpoint.

We offer email, live chat and toll-free phone support for customer communication, depending on a particular product and/ or version. We are proud to be regularly awarded with testimonials from our customers who are pleased with our support team's performance and commitment.

In order to prioritize the queries from our valued customers, we have implemented a genuine CRM solution, Implix Helpdesk, which lets us manage the support requests and monitor the quality of our service, including the response time. The Implix Helpdesk has already been acknowledged as a great solution by our business partners, and it has been successfully implemented in two other companies, tailor-made to their unique needs.
